He was the son of the late Fred and Mrs. Mary Jane (Allen) Waxler, and was born in Madison township on August 7, 1899.
He is survived by his wife Hazel, his mother, Mrs. Fred Waxler, three sons, Dr. Glenn L. Waxler, Gordon N. Waxler, and Robert E. Waxler, all of Olney, and the following brothers and a sister; Dr. W. R. Waxler of Hot Springs, South Dakota, Dr. Kenneth M. Waxler of Urbana, Frederick N. Waxler of Roswell, N. M. James H. Waxler of Socorro, N. M. John C. Waxler of Beloit, WI and Mrs. Stanley (Mary Jane) Young of Magdalena, N.M. and also three grandchildren
Funeral services will be held at Schaub Funeral Home, with Rev. O. F. Whitlock in charge. Interment at Haven Hill cemetery.
