Dorothy Edna Webb Fullmer was born Saturday, January 7, 1911 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Henry Farrow Webb and Martha Glenn.


She married Franklin Kermit "Kerm" Fullmer on June 30, 1931 in Salt Lake City, Utah; solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on January 29, 1936. He passed away on June 12, 1996; they were married for sixty-five years.


She and her husband served two LDS Missions: one to Carthage/Nauvoo, Illinois and the South Carolina, Charleston Mission.


Dorothy passed away of natural causes on Saturday, August 26, 2000 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She resided at 1756 East 6400 South in Murray, Utah at the time of her death.


She was survived by her children Richard "Jim" [Carol] Fullmer, Rodger (Florie) Fullmer, both of Salt Lake City; Kathleen (Lee) Peterson, Mesa, Arizona; David (Susan) Fullmer, Mount Pleasant, Utah; twenty-two grandchildren; and twenty-seven great-grandchildren; brother, Phillip (Lola) Webb, Salt Lake City; sister-in-law, Joyce Webb, St. George; sisters, Marjorie Fikstead and Ilene Mower both of Salt Lake. She was prceded in death by three brothers, Richard, John, and Thomas.


Funeral Services were held on Friday, September 1, 2000 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cottonwood Thirteenth Ward Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located at 1830 East 6400 South in Murray. A viewing was held on Thursday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. and on Friday one hour prior to the services at the Church.
Dorothy was laid to rest following the conclusion of the Funeral Services at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park in East Millcreek.
