Dovie Burnett Myers, 81, formerly of Greenwood route one, died today at Westminster Village. Greenwood, where she had been a resident.
Born in Willisburg, Ky. on May 10. 1897, she was the daughter of Richard and Ophelia (Gittispie) Scruggs. She was married to James McClain, who preceded her in death. She later married Harry 0. Myers, who survives.
Formerly engaged in farming with her husband, she was a member of Rocklane Christian Church.
