Lucatta Zimmer, 87, St Joseph The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church for Lucatta A Zimmer, 87, 33 First Ave. NW, who died Thursday at Mother of Mercy Nursing Home, Albany. The Rev. Florian Muggli, OSB, will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Sun day and after 9 am Monday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Joseph. St. Joseph Senior Citizens and Council of Catholic Women will pray 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, followed by Daughters of Isabella at 5, parish prayers at 7, the American Legion Post 328 Auxiliary at 7:30, and VFW Post 5773 Auxiliary at 8.

Lucatta "Lu" Zimmer was born Nov. 28, 1909, in St. Joseph to Frank and Mary (Lenzen) DanzL She married Vic tor Gill June 9, 1930, in St Joseph. He died Dec 29, 1962. She married Albert Zimmer Aug. 25, 1966, in St Joseph. She was employed for Food Service at St. John's University for 20 years. She was a member of St Joseph's Catholic Church, Senior Citizen's, Council of Catholic Women, Daughters of Isabella, VFW Post 5773 Auxiliary, and American Legion Post 328 Auxiliary.

Survivors include her husband, Albert; daughter, Lucille "Girlie" Pueringer, St Joseph; brother, Lee, St. Cloud; sisters, Margaret Broker, St. Joseph; Marie Pueringer, Holdingford; nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Victor; son, Raymond; brothers, Peter, Willard, AL, Fred, and Victor, and sister, Gertrude Kapsner.
