Milda Eliza Hodson
"The graveside service for Milda Eliza Hodson, 76, of 535 E. California St., Jacksonville, who died Monday in a local nursing home, will be held Thursday, at 1 p.m. in the Logtown Cemetery, Ruch. Elder William Buckingham, of the Church of the Latter-day Saints, Medford, will officiate. Hull and Hull Funeral Home, Grants Pass, are in charge of arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 698, Medford.
Mrs. Hodson was born Aug. 18, 1908, in Soda Springs, Idaho. She moved to the Rouge Valley in 1945. She lived in Jacksonville for the past 20 years and was a bartender at the Jubilee Club, Jacksonville. She was a member of the Culinary Workers, local 32.
Survivors include one son, Ray Bowler, Carlisle, Iowa; one step son, Jack Hodson, Etna, California; three sisters, Edith Ford, Boise, Idaho, Iris Neff, Pocatello, Idaho, and Janet Cuneo, Blackfoot, Idaho, and three granddaughters. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Hodson; an infant son, and five brothers and sisters."
