Services Today For Hilda West
Mrs. Sherman (Hilda) West of 505 Honeywell St., Brownsville, Tex., passed away at 2:20 a.m. Tuesday, May 13, 1975 at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Brownsville. She was 88 years of age.
She was the former Hilda Newmier (sic/Niemeyer) of Dubuque (sic/Guttenberg), and with her husband, had lived in South Dakota for several years before returning to make a home on a farm in the Moulton area. She had resided in Brownsville for the past 18 years. Her husband preceded her in death Sept. 3, 1973.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 15, (today) at the Duley Funeral Home in Centerville, at 10 a. m. Pastor Raymer Cox and Father David Dhority will officiate. Burial will be in the Fairview cemetery, south of Unionville, IA.
