Lucille Gentry Carson
OLTON - Lucille Gentry Carson, 91, died Friday, Sept. 26, 2003.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Kyle Struen officiating. Burial will be in Olton Cemetery by Foskey-Lilly-McGill Funeral Home.
Mrs. Carson was born Nov. 3, 1911, in Cooperton, Okla. She was married to the late Herschell Carson for 71 years.
Survivors include three sons, Wayne Carson and Harlan Carson, both of Olton, and Eddy Carson of Dalhart; two daughters, Alene Allcorn and Fern Gunter, both of Olton; four sisters, Sylvia Wilson and Wilma Sanders, both of Holdenville, Okla., Florence Smith of Pflugerville
and Rose Evans of Oklahoma City; a brother, Ed Gentry of Orange County, Calif.; 14 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
The family suggests memorials be to Runningwater Draw Care Center or Olton Volunteer Ambulance Association.
