Mr. Bice, a native of Alabama, had lived the greater part of his life in Calvin where he served as postmaster for many years, having retired as postmaster about ten or twelve years ago.
He is survived by three sons, B. T. Bice of Oklahoma, Garlin and T. A. Bice of Natchitoches; and three daughters, Mrs. J. T. McLamore of Montgomery, Mrs. J. E. Rikard of Couley, and Miss Annie Lee Bice of Calvin, who is now postmistress of Calvin.
