Services for Mrs. Gladys Mitchell, 67, of Atlanta, were held at 2 p.m. Friday in Mount Zion Methodist Church near Montgomery with the Rev. C. W. Jones officiating.

Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home in Winnfield.

Mrs. Mitchell died Wednesday, July 16, 1980 in Winnfield General Hospital after a long illness.

Survivors include two sons, Charles Mitchell of Houston and the Rev. Jerry Mitchell of Provencal; a daughter, Mrs. Elois Parker of Winnfield; two brothers, Lee Brady and George Brady, both of Montgomery; four sisters, Mrs.
Zona Mae Jowers, Mrs. Bessie Lawson, Mrs. Willie Tilton, all of Montgomery, and Mrs. Ethel Lawson, of Winnfield; eight grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
