Elbert Allen Anderson(July 25, 2006)Elbert Allen Anderson of Sweetwater, passed away at 12:15 p.m., Tuesday, July 25, at the family home. He was a member of Union McMinn Baptist Church and retired from Sweetwater City Sanitation Dept.He was 74.Preceded in death by: parents, James B. and Vida Anderson; and sister, Ellen Hale.Survivors include: wife of 34 years-Milda June Anderson of Sweetwater;Daughter and son-in-law-Janice and Curtis Webb Jr. of Madisonville;Sisters-Polly Dotson, Ana Lou McKoy and Meda Wicker, all of Niota;Brothers-Sanford Anderson of Niota; and James B. Anderson of Ten Mile;Granddaughter-Heather Webb of Madisonville;Stepchildren-Tammy Kyle, Mike Kyle and Dewayne Kile, all of Philadelphia; Kathy Thomas and Kim Johnson of Sweetwater; and Brenda Garrett of Clarkrange;Eleven step-grandchildren;Six step-great-grandchildren;Several nieces and nephews. Graveside and interment will be 10 a.m., Friday, in the Foster Cemetery, with Rev. Teddy Waters and Rev. Ted Pegram officiating. Kyker Funeral Home, Sweetwater, in charge of arrangements.
