Mrs. Ruby Alford Wallace, 97, died Sunday, September 13, 2009, at MS Care Center in Morton.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 15, 2009, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Chapel in Pearl with interment in Cedarlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 5 - 7 p.m. at Baldwin-Lee.
Mrs. Wallace had worked for many years for Montgomery Ward and will always be remembered as a wonderful mother, grandmother and cook.
She was a member of Cooper Road Christian Church and is preceded in death by her great grandson, Jonathan Miller.
She is survived by her daughters, Dianne Bradshaw of Brandon and Sylvia Barrett (Joe) of Brandon; sisters, Aline Moore of Jackson and Shirley Smith of Picayune; five grandchildren; eight great grand children; and three great-great grandchildren.
