Mary was my cousin.
Mary K. Guess, 75, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2009, after a long illness. She was surrounded by her loving family.
Mary was born December 15, 1933, at Clarita, Oklahoma the daughter of Hershel and Velma (Turner) Hickman.
She grew up on a farm during the hard times in the 40's picking cotton and many other farm chores the kids had to do. They had no electricity or running water back then.
Mary had resided in Keller, Texas for 45 years. She was a sweet and loving soul. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
