Lillian Amos Jones, 103, died at 4:15 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009, at Rosewalk Village, Lafayette, Indiana.

She was born in Frankfort, Indiana to the late Mode and Alice Swisher Amos. On Nov. 9, 1968, she married Raymond Jones in Lafayette, and he preceded her in death April 5, 1987. Surviving are a nephew, John (Jack) Amos (wife: Barbara) and a nephew, Don Amos of Albuquerque, N.M..

She was also preceded in death by her parents, 2 stepsons, 4 brothers and a sister.
