MEADOW BRIDGE - Helen Marie Bennett, 70, of Meadow Bridge died Dec. 14, 1997, in Columbia Greenbrier Valley Medical Center, Fairlea, after a short illness.
She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Surviving: sons, Johnny of Meadow Bridge, Tommy of Rock Hill, S.C.; daughters, Lulabelle Byers of Meadow Bridge, Sally Bragg of Radford, Va., Violet Russell of Danese, Erma Cales of Sandstone; brother, Mike Plumley of Prince; sister Lillian Daniels of Beckley; 17 grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two stepgreat-grandchildren.
Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlor, Hinton, with the Rev. Roy Mills officiating. Burial will be in Plumley Cemetery, Abraham. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
