Cooper Review-Mar.17,1977-Funeral services for Mrs. Ida M. McCullough, 79, were held at 2PM Monday in McClanahan and Sons Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Jerald Chancellor officiating. Burial was made in the New Klondike Cemetery. Mrs. McCullough passed away Saturday, March 12 at 11:45AM in Cooper Manor Nursing Home. She was Born Jan. 10, 1898 in Hope, Arkansas, the daughter of Andrew J. and Jenita (Henry) Fox. A lifetime resident of Delta County, she was married to Luther C. McCullough on December 15, 1917. Mr. McCullough preceded her in death in 1971. Surviving are one son, Luther C. McCullough, Jr. of Dallas; one daughter, Mrs. Jackie Chestnut of Cooper; four brothers, Melvin Fox and Ellis Fox of Cooper, Dougan Fox of Dallas and Roy Fox of Fort Worth; three sisters, Mrs. Effie Lowery and Mrs. May Wakefield of Cooper and Mrs. Connie Chancellor of Dallas; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Eldon Fox, Jeff Chestnut, Danny West, Bill Moore, Terry McCullough and Tommie Joe Wheeler.
