Caroline Emma (Feldt) Kittleson was born December 31, 1903 the daughter of Carl (Charles) Feldt and Lena Miller. She was baptized and confirmed at St. John's Lutheran Church west of St. Ansgar.
She was married January 15, 1922 to Floyd Kittleson at St. John's Lutheran Church. Twelve children were born to this union.
Mrs. Kittleson became a member of First Lutheran Church in 1923, and since then had been an active church member. She received her life membership in the ALCW in 1966.
Surviving are her husband, Floyd and eight children; Master Sgt. Galen Kittleson, Vietnam; Mrs. Dale (Marjorie) Johnson, Osage; Marlin, Mona, Iowa; Mrs, Wayne (Carol) Jones, Floyd, Norman, St. Ansgar; Mrs. Robert (Virgene) Erdmann, Osage; Claire, Mount Aye; James, St. Ansgar, also 19 grandchildren and two sisters.
Preceding her in death were her parents, two infant sons, a son, LeRoy, and daughter, Charlotte, one grandson and two brothers, Alan and Lloyd Feldt.
Burial was in First Lutheran Cemetery with Reverend Comnick in charge of the committal service.
