Cheryl Swafford was born July 22, 1959 in Niagara Falls, NY to John Rance, Sr. & Jean Halonen and passed from this life August 14, 2009 in McLoud, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 50 years. Born in Niagara Falls, she was raised in Ithaca, NY. She lived in Ft. Lauderdale, FL where she met Paul. They moved to McLoud in 2003 and has since lived there. Cheryl attended San Jose State, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Marketing. On July 6, 2002 she married Paul Swafford in Easley, South Carolina. She owned & operated Distinctive Realty in Nichols Hills, Oklahoma City. Cheryl was a member of the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, the Cornerstone Community Church in Midwest City, and of the Junior Hospitality. She enjoyed cooking and entertaining. She was loved by many and had the ability to light up a room.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Lawrence Rance.
