JENKINS, BEULAH MALINDA - age 98 of Niota, Tenn., passed away Saturday, December 9, 2000, at NHC Nursing Home in Athens. She was the oldest member of Union Grove Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Bruce L. Jenkins; parents, John and Emma Anderson; sister, Ora Mae Jenkins; brothers, Ulys, Virgil, Hubert, and Burl Anderson. Survivors include: daughters, Aileen and Jack Hanley of Sweetwater and Evelyn and Alvin Moss of Niota; grandchildren and spouses, Brenda and Terry Billings and Mike and Robin Moss of Niota, Steve and Jamie Hanley, Yvonne and Denis Key and Teresa and Chad King of Sweetwater; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers, Jay Anderson of Chattanooga and Roy Anderson of Athens; sisters, Imogene Kyker and Kay Patton of Athens, and Catherine Lane of Chattanooga; sister-in-law, Edna Watson of Sweetwater; several nieces and nephews. The body is at Kyker Funeral Home, Sweetwater, where the family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Kyker's Chapel with Rev. Keith Whited officiating.
