JEFFERSONVILLE EVENING NEWS OBITUARY – 05/06/1966
Carl T. Huber Sr., 57, of R. 1, Borden, died at 4 a.m. today at St. Joseph's Infirmary, Louisville. A farmer, he was a member of St. John's Catholic Church and the Men's Club of the church. Surviving are his wife, the former Marcella Stumler; six sons, John D. Huber, Borden, Robert Huber, Chicago, Kenneth Huber, Jeffersonville, Gerald, Stephen and Carl T. Huber Jr., all at home; two daughters, Mrs. Kathleen Jacobi, Palmyra, and Miss Elaine Huber, at home; one brother, Joseph Huber, Borden; three sisters, Mrs. Herman Gettelfinger, Knoxville, Tenn., Mrs. John Book, Floyd Knobs, and Miss Rosalena Huber, New Albany; and 11 grandchildren. Friends may call at the Kraft Funeral Home, New Albany, after 3 p.m. Saturday. Funeral arrangements are pending.

Carl T. Huber, 57, died at 4 p.m. Friday in St. Joseph's Infirmary, Louisville. His residence was Rt. 1 Borden, near Starlight, Ind. A farmer, he was a member of St. John's Church at Starlight. Surviving are his widow, the former, Marcella Stumler; six sons, John D., Gerald, Carl T. Jr. and Stephen Huber, all of Clark County; Kenneth Huber Jeffersonville; Robert Huber, Chicago, Ill.; two daughters, Miss Kathleen Jacobi, Palmyra and Miss Elaine Huber at home; one brother, Joseph, Clark County; three sisters, Miss Rosalena Huber, New Albany, Mrs. John Book, Floyds Knobs, and Mrs. Herman Gettelfinger, Knoxville, Tenn., and 11 grandchildren. The body will be at the Kraft Funeral Home New Albany, after 3 p.m. Saturday. Arrangements are incomplete.

Carl T. Huber, father of Miss Kathleen Jacobi of Palmyra, died at 4:00 p.m. Friday in St. Joseph's Infirmary, Louisville. He was 57 years old and lived on R. R. 1, Borden, near Starlight, Ind. Mr. Huber was a farmer and a member of St. John's Church at Starlight. The body was at Kraft Funeral Home in New Albany. The rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. John's Church. Burial was in the church cemetery. Other survivors besides the daughter include his widow, the former Marcella Stumler; six sons John D., Gerald, Carl T. Jr. and Stephen Huber, all of Clark County; Kenneth Huber, Jeffersonville, Robert Huber, Chicago; another daughter, Miss Elaine Huber, at home; one brother, Joseph of Clark County; three sisters, Miss Rosalena Huber, New Albany; Mrs. John Book, Floyds Knobs, and Mrs. Herman Gettlefinger, Knoxville, Tenn., and 11 grandchildren.
