HUBER - Marcella (Stumler), 95, died Monday, July 17, 2006 at Providence Retirement Home in New Albany. Marcella was a homemaker and life- long member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Starlight, IN. Marcella is survived by her children, John D. Huber (Phyllis) of Jeffersonville, IN, Gerald E. Huber (Mary Jeanne) of Sellersburg IN, Carl L. Huber Sr. (Linda) of Starlight, IN, Kenneth L. Huber (Judy) of Louisville, KY, Kathleen A. Jacobi (Phil) of Sellersburg, IN, Elaine A. Sprigler (Bill) of Floyds Knobs, IN, and Steven T. Huber (Teresa) of Floyds Knobs, IN; a sister, Martha King (Nova) of New Albany, IN; 25 grandchildren; and 35 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m. on Thursday at Generations Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Ln., New Albany). Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Friday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Starlight, IN, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy be made to Rosary on the Air or St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.

A funeral Mass for Marcella Stumler Huber, 95, of Starlight, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 21, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Starlight, with burial in St. John the Baptist Church Cemetery. She died Monday, July 17, 2006, at Providence Retirement Home, New Albany. She was a homemaker and life-long member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. The daughter of the late William and Lena Hanka Stumler, she was born Jan. 25, 1911, in Starlight. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl T. Huber; a son, Robert W. "Champ" Huber; and five brothers, Elmer, Edward, Lester, Leo and Jerome Stumler. Survivors include her children, John D. Huber and his wife, Phyllis, Jeffersonville, Gerald E. Huber and his wife, Mary Jeanne, Sellersburg, Carl L. Huber Sr. and his wife, Linda, Starlight, Kenneth L. Huber and his wife, Judy, Louisville, Kathleen A.
