Former Resident Here Passes Away At Colorado Home
Notice has been received of the death of John Werner, formerly of Sheboygan, and father
of Mrs. Ed. Fischer of Sheboygan, who died at his home south of Greeley, Colorado, on
Friday evening, October 2.
Mr. Werner was born in Russia on April 9, 1878, and came to this country in 1912. He made
his home in Sheboygan until recently when he moved to Colorado on account of bad health.
His sudden death was due to heart trouble.
His is survived by his wife and six children, four daughters, Mrs. M. Orleako of Greeley,
Colorado; Mrs. Ed. Fischer, Sheboygan; Mrs. L. C. Stahl, Gretna, Nebraska, and Miss F.
Werner of Sheboygan; two sons, Alex Werner and John Jr., of Greeley, Colo.; also six
grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at Sattley's Funeral Home and burial was made in the Seven Day
Advent cemetery.
