At the home of his son, John Trexler, near Topton, Henry Trexler, aged 70 years, 9 months and 13 days, died on Sunday morning at 8.10 o'clock. Death was due to apoplexy. He is survived by his son John and the following brothers and sisters: Alvin, Hancock; Mrs. Caroline Miller, Hancock; Mrs. Elmira Heffner and Mrs. Emma Wetzel, both of Macungie, and three grandchildren. His wife preceded him in death about twenty-two years ago and a son about five years ago. The funeral will be held from the residence of his son, John Trexler, about one mile from Topton, on Friday, February 11, at 9.30 a.m. Further services will be held in the Mertztown church, with Rev. F. K. Berndt officiating, and burial will be made in the adjoining cemetery. Undertaker Schofer is in charge.
