MRS. BELLE FOSTER, WIFE OF JUDGE FOSTER IS DEAD

Mrs. Belle Foster, age 64, wife of County Judge R.F. Foster, died at her home at Toledo near here Thursday night.

Mrs. Foster, before her marriage was Miss Belle Hankins, a daughter of Mrs. Martha Hankins who died less than a month ago at the age of 98. She was born and reared in this county and has made her home here a greater part of the time since. She was possessed of a noble Christian character and had a wide circle of friends. She was a member of the Rison Methodist church.

She is survived by her husband, two sons, Cleve Foster of Texas and Ben Foster of Rison, three daughters, Mrs. Wilbur Norton and Mrs. Porter Case of Calmer and Miss Mamie Foster of Little Rock; four brothers, Franklin, H.A., J.D. and Carter Hankins and one sister, Mrs. Ellen Dean.

Funeral services were conducted from the home by the Rev. H.A.F. Ault, pastor of the Methodist church at Rowell. Burial was made in Greenwood cemetery here.
