My beautiful auntie...

The most beautiful, loving, kind, generous, giving, caring person on this planet. I'm convinced that there are angels living among us, because she truly was one in her earth life. I have never met another, who's door was always open to friends, family, and strangers alike - after all, a stranger is "just a friend you haven't met yet." Auntie Mary was a people person. She lived out on Big Lake, right across the street from her brother-in-law, Al Hobbs. She lived in a very small house, but there was always "room for one more." Every morning, her kitchen would turn into the local cafe where neighbors would gather for fresh baked goodies, coffee, and chat before work. Some of her frequent visitors were Curt and Annie, Jerry and Irene Soderbloom, and of course Uncle Al, Kathleen and Tom Hobbs.

In about 1978, she moved to Colorado with her daughter and son-in-law, Dorothy Jean and Jeff Fish.

MN birth certificate 1923-29776
