Catherine was born to John P. Quinn and Nora (Bresenahan)Quinn on December 2, 1893 in Utica, Il.
She married John Gulbronson on April 24, 1916 in Ottawa, Il. John passed away on May 18, 1928. She is survived by her two children, Irene (Russell) Blackley and John (Betty) Gulbronson.
She was a homemaker, piano teacher and a terrific cook with some of the best recipes ever. Home made chicken puffs are a family favorite enjoyed by generations of kids.
She is also survived by her 10 Grandchildren, Terry Blackley, Ginny (Blackley) Stevenson, Paula Jo (Olsen) Bridwell, Cate, Mary Beth (Lessick), Julie (Pike), John, Jane, Jim and Patty Gulbronson. There are also many great grand children.
Catherine is buried along side her husband at St. Columba Cemetery in Ottawa, Il.
