Merrill M. Schrougham, 87, died Tuesday morning, August 4, 2009, at his home.
Mr. Schrougham is survived by his wife, Edna Seal Schrougham; four daughters, Merrileen (Kenneth) Patrick of Brown County, Kay (Ted) Anderson of Greenwood, Patricia Schrougham of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Lois (Steven) Wyrick of Greenwood; two sisters, Eva (Floyd) Ford and Faye (Ray) Johnson, both of Greenwood; two brothers, Edwin "Pete" (Doris) Schrougham of Nashville and Max (Veda) Schrougham of Trafalgar; 12 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home in Morgantown with the Rev. Albert Hendershot officiating.
Calling will be from noon until service time Saturday. Burial will be at East Hill Cemetery in Morgantown.
