NATCHEZ - Services for Margaret M. Davis, 71, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, April 8, 2008, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at First United Pentecostal Church with the Rev. James Johnson officiating.
Burial will follow at Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the church.
Mrs. Davis was born Jan. 18, 1937, in Natchez, the daughter of Nathan and Stella Gray Anders. She was a member of First United Pentecostal Church. She was also a member of the Senior Citizens Center where she loved working with ceramics.
She was greeted in heaven by her parents; one daughter, Helen Marie Davis; one brother, Nathan Anders Jr.; two sisters, Mary Frances Zimmerman and Helen Louis Anders; and granddaughter, Katelin D. Davis.
Survivors include her husband, L.A. Davis; two sons, Lloyd Davis of Natchez and Rex Davis of Bell Buckle, Tenn.; three daughters, Cathy Cloy and Natasha Davis, both of Natchez and Patricia Case of Brookhaven; 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Pat Anders and wife, Clara, both of Natchez; one aunt, Eunice Catoire; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Gabriel Cloy, Daniel Cloy, Daniel Case, Jimmy Hall, Tommy Davis and James Robert Davis.
Honorary pallbearers will be Kenny Case and Rick Walters.
