Services for Mary Frances Anders Zimmerman, 73, of Natchez, who died Monday, June 19, 2006, at Natchez Regional Medical Center; will be at 3 p.m. today at Laird Funeral Home Union Street Chapel with the Rev. Ronald Hall officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Mrs. Zimmerman was born April 20, 1933, in Adams County, the daughter of Nathan Anders, Sr. and Stella Gray Anders.
She was a member of Vidalia Faith Tabernacle Pentecostal Church.
Mrs. Zimmerman is preceded in death by her parents, her husband M.C. Zimmerman; a brother; Nathan Anders, Jr. and a sister Helen Marie Anders.
Survivors include son, "Billy" William N. Zimmerman, Sr., and wife, Lene, of Natchez; sister Margaret M. Davis, husband L.A., of Natchez; brother Patrick Anders, Sr. and wife, Clara, of Natchez; grandson "Zim" William N. Zimmerman, Jr. and Nathan Shane Zimmerman of Natchez; great-granddaughter Heidi Leiah Zimmerman of LaRose, La.,; brothers in law Buddy Zimmerman and wife, Janice, of Little Rock, Ark. and Fred Zimmerman and wife, Polly, of Arkansas; sisters in law, Yvonne Zimmerman of Ferriday, La., and Lawrence Mae McGuire of Natchez, and Jessie Zimmerman of Moraville, La., close friends Bob and Anna Marie Weatherly, of Natchez; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Rex Davis, Patrick Anders, Jr., Lloyd Davis, Ricky Anders, Michael Anders and Mike Zimmerman.
Honorary pallbearers will be Neil Brown, Bobby Smith, Christopher Green, Brandon Green, Jimmy Weatherly, Reece Green, Jeff Anders and Chris Anders.
