Services in First United Pentecostal Church with burial in Ortego Cemetery of Easton. Coker, 58, of Oakdale died Friday, Oct. 20, 2000, in his residence. He was a member of First United Pentecostal Church and a U.S. Navy veteran.
Survivors: sons, Jimmy Ray Coker Jr. of Mamou and Paul Turner of New Hampshire; daughters, Amelia Coker and Belinda Fiatoa, both of Mamou; brothers, J.C. Coker Sr. of Harvey and Arthur Coker Sr. of Ventress; sisters, Helen West and Doris Lambright, both of Oakdale; 2 grandchildren.
Pallbearers: Steve Byrd, Eddie Chamberlain, Mark Henry, Herbert Levron, Henry Odom and Nathan Yoder.
