Timothy Etheridge Daniels died Friday, January 10, 1969 in Memphis.

He was born May 25, 1925 in Haywood County to Dave Daniels, Sr. and Ruby (Fowler) Daniels.

He was a veteran of the United States Army. He received the Purple Heart while serving in the 339th Infantry in Italy during World War II .

He was predeceased by his mother, Ruby Daniels; his brother Bobby Gene; and his father-in-law Joe Sephus White.

Survivors include his wife Margie Daniels. He is also survived by his daughter Carolyn Ilsley (Bruce); his son Ron Daniels; his granddaughter Lisa Ilsley; his father, Dave Daniels Sr.; his 9 brothers: R.D., Joe, Richard, Lynn, Dave Jr., Kenneth, Jimmy, Johnny, and O'Neal; his 5 sisters: Verna Mai Overton, Icey Travis, Margaret Stafford, Alma Ruth Shires, and Marie Cox; his mother-in-law Katie White Layne.

Garner Funeral Home in Ripley is in charge of services with burial in Concord Cemetery.
