Obituary - Carolina Fairbanks

Carolina Amelia Fairbanks, the daughter of Robert and Sarah Albin, was born in the Buck's Grove Community in Jackson County, May 15, 1881, and passed away at the Onaga Community Hospital November 6, 1962 at the age of 81 years, five months and 22 days.

In 1899 she was married to Ira W. Fairbanks of St. Clere, who p jer om deatj September 19, 1951.

She was very devoted mother and grandmother.

She leaves to mourn ten children: Mrs. Clara Teske, Onaga: Mrs. Lula Niehaus, Whiting; Mrs. Anna Bonjour, Onaga; James Fairbanks, Kansas City; Mrs. Elsie Kelly Onaga; Mrs. Violet Biggs, Holton; Mrs. Evelyn Slocum, Soldier; Mrs. Viola Tuttle, Wichita; Raymond Fairbanks,Valley Falls, and Donald Fairbanks, Antioch, Calif; two sisters, Mr. Rachel Myers, Circleville and Mrs. Ella Cordell, Watonga, Olka.; two brother, Henry Albibn, Cirdleville, and George Albin, Delhi, Calif; also 26 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren and many friends.

Funeral services were held Friday November 9, at the First Congregational Church in Onaga, with burial in the Onaga cemitery.
