Fred was born to Paul Warren Andre and Louise (Wheeler) Andre. He first married Ruby L. Lowe and he later married Clara Faye McMillan on March 21, 1970. She survives.
Surviving are five children, Paula (Mark Buffum) Terry, Terry W. Andre, Michelle (Kevin) Kitchen, Greg W. Andre and Rachel (Todd) Bates; seven grandchildren, Amber, Ashley, Amanda, Alexis, David, Ryan, and Kyle; one brother, Brad Andre; six sisters, Yvonne (Rod) Hamilton, Carol (Don) Emery, Pam Marquatt, Debbie Funes, Kim Jarvis and Charlene (Arvid) Carver; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one infant sister, and one sister Charlotte Beaird.
