Mrs. Sarah Annie Murray Taylor, 78, widow of J. W. Taylor, died at the home of her son, Clifford R. Taylor, at Holly Hill.

Mrs. Taylor was born and reared in Charleston County and was a member of Ferndale Baptist Church in Charleston County.

Funeral services will be held from Mount Olivet Baptist Church, Cross, by the Rev. L. G. Lowder, assisted by the Rev. D. J. Wells. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving are the following children, J. W. Taylor, G. M. Taylor, M. M. Taylor, Andrews; C. F. Taylor, Holly Hill; Mrs. W. D. Hutson, Naval Base; Mrs. C. A. Moore, Ferndale; Mrs. Arlo Bruton, Ferndale; Mrs. G. R. McNeill, Naval Base, Mrs. Lesie R. Metts, Bonneau; Mrs. Wilma Todd, Conway; Mrs. D. D. Quinn, Lamar; Mrs. J. W. Tisdale, Kingstree; Mrs. L. H. Howard, Andrews; and Mrs. Mirl L. Southwich, Sacramento, Calif; one sister, Mrs. Ida Singletary, Sumter; one brother, J. G. Murray, Mount Holly; 51 grandchildren and 57 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Sarah Annie Murray Taylor, 78, widow of J. W. Taylor, died at the home of her son, Clifford R. Taylor, at Holly Hill.
