Funeral services for Elizabeth "Bessie" Edith Maffet, wife of Thomas W. Maffet, 314 West Pike street, will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the St. Thomas Episcopal church. The Rev. W. F. Bayle of Trinity Cathedral, Pittsburgh, will be in charge.
Mrs. Maffet died at the Canonsburg General hospital yesterday afternoon after a short illness. She had been in poor health for some time.
Born in Osceola Mills, she had lived in this district for the past 24 years. She was a ember of the St. Thomas church, of the Protective Home Circle, the Ladies' Guild, and the Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by her husband and two children, Mrs. Natalie Maffet Thompson, and Charles Maffet, both of home. The following brothers and sisters also survive: Mrs. Ada Fleck, Loden, W. Va.; Mrs. Alice Hagan, Altoona, and William and Thomas Pilkington both of Beckley, W. Va.
