THOMAS MURRAY METCALF

Thomas Murray Metcalf, age 90, of Darlington Heights died Tuesday, October 7, 2003.

Surviving are one brother, George W. Metcalf of Pamplin, Virginia; four sisters, Bernice M. Gunther of Keysville, Virginia, Pauline M. Dunnavant of Farmville, Virginia, Marie M. Carson of Cullen, Virginia and Rose M. Lamberth of Cullen, Virginia; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 41 AF&AM and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II where he served in England and France.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Spring Creek Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery. Browning Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
