Mrs T C Chastain died at her home, No 3 Silver Street, yesterday morning at 3:45 o'clock, after a long illness and much suffering. The funeral services will be held at the residence this afternoon at 1:30 o'clock and will be conducted by Rev J T Pendley and Rev Harper Wright. Interment wil be in Oakland Cemetery, North Rome. The Pallbearers will be Messrs C. W. Wright, Richard Johnson, G. Crowel, H. W. Johnson, George Cowart and E.A. Henderson. They are requested to meet at the residence at 1:30 o'clock. Mrs Chastain was 46 years of age. She leaves a husband Rev T C Chastain, and six children; two boys and four girls and one brother , William Thornburg. She joined the church when but 11 years old and was a devout Christian woman, a true wife and a Faithful mother.
