Albert (Snuf) Boswell passed away on February 12, 2007, at Norman Regional Hospital. He was born in Tuttle, Oklahoma to Clara and George Boswell on July 3, 1929. He married Maxine Brashears on March 20, 1949, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. He was a resident of Lindsay over 40 years.
Albert is preceded in death by his mother and father, one daughter, 9 brothers, and one granddaughter. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Maxine Brashears Boswell, 7 children; Doyle Boswell, Louise Christian, Kenneth Boswell, David Boswell, Melinda Flaming, Bobby Boswell and Betty Boswell. He is also survived by his brothers; Daymond Boswell, Melvin Boswell, Jerry Troy and Jesse Boswell. Albert was blessed with eleven grandchildren who will miss him dearly; Sheri, Cheryl, Christopher, Robert, Daniel, Rayburn, Francis, Jennifer, Amber, James and David Jr.
Funeral services for Mr. Boswell will be on Saturday Febtuary 17, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. at th Greenhill cemetery in Davis, OK. Public visitation will begin on February 15, 2007. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of B. G. Boydston Funeral Home in Lindsay, Oklahoma. Interment will be at Greenhill Cemetery in Davis, Oklahoma.
