Mary E. Stanley Poore
Mrs. Dave (Mary E. Stanley) Poore died last night at the home of her niece, Mrs. Jim Manlove of Wichita. Mrs. Poore who is a former resident of Havana, became ill with the flu and complications set-in. She was about eighty years of age. She and Mr. Poore had made their home for many years in Havana and upon his death in 1933 she moved to Wichita.
Surviving relatives include her sisters, Mrs. Jessie Brumfield of Enid, Okla. And Mrs. Hugh (Besse) Smith, Mrs. Lena Clemmer and Mrs. Flora Reid of this city; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are to be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at the Webb Funeral home. Rev. John Hanna will officiate. Burial will be in the Harrisonville cemetery.
