ELVA DANIELS REESE
Brigham City - Mrs. Elva Daniels Reese, 88, died yesterday morning at the home of her son, Louis Reese, in Brigham City.
She was born Feb. 12, 1870, at Malad, Idaho, a daughter of Thomas and Janette Thomas Daniels. On March 18, 1887, she married Lorenzo Reese in Malad. He died 16 years ago.
She had lived in Brigham City and Malad all her life and was a member of the LDS Church and the Rebekah Lodge.
Surviving are her son and two daughters, Mrs. Lillian Bush, Boise; and Mrs. Clyde (Laura) Bowen, Provo; 18 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; three brothers, John Daniels, Caldwell, Idaho; Henry Daniels, Long Beach, Calif., and George Daniels, Malad.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the Malad Second Ward Chapel with Bishop Morris J. Larsen of the Brigham City Fifth Ward officiating.
Friends may call at the Benson Funeral Home in Malad tomorrow evening and Tuesday until time of services. Burial in the Malad City Cemetery under direction of the Benson Funeral Home.
