William Keck was born in Alexandria, Minnesota on September 18, 1902 the son of Louis and Emma Keck. He attended school and grew to manhood in this area. He served in World War Two from 1942 until 1945 in the United States Army. After his Honorable Discharge he returned to Alexandria, Minnesota.
Mr. Keck was employed by the Carlos Lockers for eighteen years. He continued to live in Alexandria, after his retirement, where he passed away September 15, 1977 at the age of 74 years.
He is survived by a sister, Theresa H. Brown of Salt Lake, City, Utah; two brothers; Henry and Emil Keck of Alexandria. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Erick.
Funeral services were September 18, 1977 from the Anderson Funeral Home, Alexandria, Minnesota. Rev. James Winters officiating. Interment in Kinkead Cemetery, Alexandria, Minnesota. Pallbearers were Boyd L. Berg, Wayne Whiting, Earl Patri, Norman Lund, Ted Clark and Lloyd Peterson. He was buried with military honors.
