Lived her entire life in Georgetown. Mary was the wife of a Civil War veteran who never recovered from the experience. Like her husband, Mary was the granddaughter of a Revolutionary War veteran. Mary was a mother of 7 children. She outlived her husband and all but one of her children. Mary endured a lifetime of sorrows.

Granddaughter of Daniel (1755-1810) & Mary Ann Wilson Barron (1764-1831) of Prince George's County Md. They married in 1782.
