Frank BIGGS is dead, as a result of the flu, which has been rather prevalent at the county farm where Mrs. BYBEE, her daughter and a number of the inmates have had it. He was born November 11, 1854 in Miami county. When quite young he moved to this county where he married. He was the father of nine children. They are Earle [BIGGS], of Oxford, Ohio, Roy [BIGGS], of Akron, Ohio, Reuben [BIGGS], of Culver, and Charles [BIGGS], Arch [BIGGS] and Dee [BIGGS], of this city, Mrs. George DUSCH, of Culver and Mrs. Albert WOLFE and Mrs. Delbert CALHOUN. He was a member of the Christian church. The funeral will be held at the Mt. Zion church Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock with burial in the Mt. Zion cemetery.
