Needra was blessed with the name Nedra and was the second child born Aug 6, 1922 in Riverdale, Franklin, Idaho to Milton Mecham and Eva Bessie Greene Neeley. She married Gerald Bigler on 13 Apr 1942 in Montana. They lived mostly in California and moved back to Utah in their later years. They were unable to have children. Needra (as she liked to be called), made beautiful doilies and gave gifts of them to her family members when able. She was a loving wife and took very good care of Gerald, who was blind. After Gerry passed, she went to the Ogden Temple and was sealed to him on Jan. 8, 1994. She is missed by her family.
