Train Worker Killed by Car
South San Francisco, Mar 17
Henry Mann, 44, a switchman at the Southern-Pacific yards at Bayshore City was fatally injured early today when he fell between two moving box cars.
Mann was believed to have slipped from the footboard of one car. He suffered a fractured skull, fractures of both legs, and died at South San Francisco hospital at 5:20 a.m., three hours after the accident.
A resident of 2895 Folsum street, San Francisco, Mann is survived by his widow, Mrs. Georgina Mann, two daughters, Mrs. Henrietta Road(Rose) and Rose Mary Mann, and a son, Roy Mann.
