Susan Lin Holliday, after a lengthy illness, was called home by Our Lord on March 26, 2009, at the age of 63. Susie was born October 9, 1945, in Lawrence, Kansas, to Frantz and Frances Milner. She attended John Marshall High School in the 9th grade, where she met Gary, her high school sweetheart, then transferred to Northwest Classen, returning her senior year to John Marshall, where she and Gary fell in love again and were married shortly after graduation in 1963. She worked at Northside Tag for many years. Susie enjoyed bowling, singing with the Color Tones and the Treble Clefts. She loved being with her family, traveling and lived for all the holiday dinners and family get togethers. Susie is survived by her husband of over 45 years, Gary Holliday of OKC daughter, Lori Lindholm and husband Eric of Crescent son, Steve Holliday of Crescent 4 grandchildren: Kassie and Lacey Holliday of OKC, Destinie Kaiser Holliday and Dustin Holliday of Edmond 2 sisters-in-law, Wanda Artman of OKC and Janet Holliday of Moore. Susie was preceded in death by her father and mother, Frantz and Frances Milner her father and mother-in-law, Virgil and Velma Holliday 2 brothers-in-law, Roger Artman and Larry Holliday. Susie will be greatly missed by all who knew her, especially her family. Funeral services were held at Christ the King Church, and she was buried at Memorial Park Cemetery.
