Allen was he son of Thaddeaus Eakins and Nancy Jane Fleming Eakins

Allen C EAKINS of Roseland, Fallentimber, RD, died at home August 13, 1958. He was born in Roseland, July 25, 1884, son of Thaddeus and Jane (Fleming) EAKINS. Surviving are 3 brothers, 2 sisters: Wade of Roseland, Austin of Mountaindale, Clinton and Mrs Florence Irvin of Blandburg, and Mrs Lilly Gallagher of Brisbin. Interment will be in the Beaver Valley cemetery. (Altoona Mirror, August 13, 1958)
