Services for Doretha Ewing Netherland will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of John Kramer & Son with the Revs. Robert Daniel and Coiedia Reynaud officiating. Burial will be in Alexandria Memorial Gardens.
Netherland, 73, of Alexandria died Thursday, March 29, 2001, in Rapides Regional Medical Center.
She was a member of Twin Bridges Baptist Church, a homemaker and a bookkeeper. She was active in the United Way.
Survivors include her husband, Samuel L. Netherland of Alexandria; two sons, Sammy R. Netherland of Alexandria and Jerry L. Netherland of Procterville, Ohio; two brothers, Elmer Ewing of Boyce and Eldon Ewing of Pineville and six grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today and from 8:30 a.m. until time of services Sunday in the funeral home.
