COLUMBIA (Special) — Funeral services were held Friday for Ralph Ewing, 60, of Pineville, who died Wednesday in an Alexandria hospital.
He was originally from Manifest.
Interment followed in the Huffman cemetery near Manifest under direction of Riser and son of Columbia.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Lillie Ewing of Pineville; two daughters, Dorothy Mae Brooks, Minden Hall; Mrs. Doretha Netherland, Alexandria; three sons, Eldon Ewing, Pineville; Elmer Ewing, Pineville and Ralph Ewing Jr., with the U.S. Army in Germany; three brothers, Charles and Jess Ewing of Manifest; Asa Ewing, Jonesville; three sisters, Mrs. Luziane Gilcrease, Jonesville; Mrs. Henrietta Richie, Pineville; Mrs. Lillie Richie, Manifest and 10 grandchildren.
