HUSBAND DIES; WIFE NEAR DEATH
D. S. Klingman of North Chicago Dies Suddenly While Wife is at Death's Door
HER PASSING AWAY WAS LOOKED FOR; HIS CAME SUDDENLY
Death of a Well Known Resident at North Chicago Last Night

With his wife lying at the point of death for several days and with himself ill but far from being in a critical condition, D. S. Klingman, of North Chicago, last evening went to sleep after asking about the condition of his wife. Instead of her passing away during the night as was expected, when friends went to his bedside this morning they found him dead. Mrs. Klingman was also in critical condition and death was feared at any moment.
His death therefore was very unexpected for a while he had been ailing for a short time, his relatives and friends never for a moment thought he would be taken away before his wife. So much trouble is given as the cause of his death.
Mr. Klingman was about fifty years old and had lived in North Chicago for some time. The home is near the corner of South Park avenue and 17th street.
Besides Mrs. Klingman, two children survive, one boy who is in Chicago and was sent for today, and Mrs. W. F. Blake, wife of the former owner of the washing machine factory at North Chicago.

HOLD HUSBAND'S REMAINS
Relatives Wait Developments in Mrs. Clingman's Condition Before Burying Mr. Clingman
Because his wife lies at the point of death and her relatives feat the end any minute, the funeral of the late D. S. Clingman of North Chicago is not to be held tomorrow but has been postponed indefinitely.
The remains of Mr. Clingman are thus to be kept in the house to await developments in his wife's condition for it is said that she has no chance of living. Accordingly, if she dies the remains are to be interred -- (reminder of article missing).
