Earl was born 31 May 1925 at Oto, IA. He was a pupil in the 4th grade at Jackson & a member of the Sunday school at the Methodist Church.
Surviving him his father, J. E. Watkins of Oto & his foster parents, Mr. & Mrs. M. F. Baldwin of Jackson; a twin sister, Dessie Pearl Watkins; a brother, Verle Watkins of Oto; & 6 half brothers & 6 half sisters.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Fri. in the Methodist Church in Oto. Rev. James T. Anderson will officiate. Burial in Oto Cemetery ubder the direction of W. Harry Christie Funeral Home in Sioux City.
